DE ROTS: SOCIAL and RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE in one location
De Rots Amsterdam is a church congregation located in Amsterdam Southeast. Founded in 2000, it has outgrown its current meeting place and is now ready to move to a new, larger location.
DUQER and De Rots are working together to develop a modern, multifunctional church building with various facilities and a residential tower (approx. 90 apartments) in a dynamic area of Amsterdam.
The plans for this project are currently under development.
